When a project is handed over to the customer it is not working at its maximum availability. Technically the system can realize this but the organisation around a end-of-line logistic system has to be adjusted too.

To help a customer from the point of technical hand over to a smooth running system CSi introduced Hypercare. During Hypercare (directly after commissioning) one or more CSi specialists are available during the running hours of the system. Their role is to support the operators and maintenance staff in handling the new system. During this period they also perform a practical on-the-job training for everybody involved.

In many cases this has helped customers to reach the desired high level of performance much faster. Availability increases and efficiency improves resulting in a substantial higher OEE.
