CSi can support the customer on all relevant areas of maintenance. For every job CSi can act on the basis of (pre-budgeted or post-calculated) man hours and materials. Another option is that CSi offers the customer an all inclusive pre-agreed price for all the works. In this way the costs are known exactly upfront and the risks are borne by CSi.

But CSi can go even further by taking responsibility for the technical availability of the system (CSi financial services/i-Availability) or even the operations of the system (CSi financial services/i-Performance). In these contracts (Service Level Agreements) the customer knows exactly upfront what the costs and the performance of the system will be. All knowledge that is available within CSI will be used to improve the performance of the system.
