29 abril 2024In January, our team welcomed Walter van Es as the new Manager of the Lifecycle Services department at CSi. Since joining, Walter has hit the ground running, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm that’s energising our team and operations. At Lifecycle Services, our mission is clear: to ensure the seamless operation and reliability of our high-tech palletising systems. And with Walter at the helm, we’re taking that mission to a new level. Reflecting on his initial impressions, Walter shares four key themes: pride, partnership, proactivity and performance.
Pride and partnership: One of the first things Walter noticed was the infectious pride that permeates throughout our team. Each member is committed to our products and services, having dedicated years to perfecting, maintaining, and enhancing our systems. This pride fuels our commitment to excellence and customer centricity, setting us apart in the industry.
Moreover, Walter was pleasantly surprised by the diverse skill sets within our team, including maintenance engineering, software expertise, and robotics know-how. The presence of our Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) speaks volumes about our forward-thinking approach. By harnessing data analytics and predictive maintenance, we’re going to revolutionise our service offering, transforming from mere providers to trusted partners in our customers’ success.
Proactivity and performance: As Walter delved deeper into his role, he discovered that many pieces of the puzzle were already in place. Our team’s collective knowledge and experience, honed over years at CSi, form the foundation for advanced asset management. By integrating all disciplines and working seamlessly across them, we’re crafting a service greater than the sum of its parts. But it doesn’t stop there. We’re not just in the business of fixing problems; we’re in the business of preventing them. Through proactive maintenance and leveraging our maintenance history, we’re empowering our customers to manage their assets more efficiently and effectively. Our proactive services, such as the Performance Level Agreement (PLA), exemplify our commitment to partnership and innovation.
