service team for our worldwide customers

CSi Lifecycle Services is the service team for all of our palletising and packaging customers around the globe.

This includes a range of support offerings tailored to improving the efficiency, reliability, and longevity of palletising systems throughout their operational lifespan. These services extend from the initial phases of system design and implementation to ongoing maintenance and optimisations.

If you are experiencing problems with your CSi system and need technical support immediately, please contact the CSi palletising helpdesk. The helpdesk can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by phone. If you need non-urgent support, you can also send an email to support@CSiportal.com.
