We believe that transparency and accountability are essential for reaching the Paris Agreement goals and we regularly communicate with our stakeholders about our environmental impact. We welcome feedback and input from our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate. Overall, we are committed to making a positive impact on society and the environment through ethical and sustainable practices.
We are continuously seeking for solutions to minimize our environmental impact, our GHG emissions, waste disposal and water consumption of our own production facilities, our offices and during our traveling (i.e. car lease, international travel, working remote or from home).
Our products
CSi’s goal is to achieve economic productivity through diversification, technological upgrading, and innovation, while prioritizing a safe working environment for all. This is achieved by replacing heavy physical work with automation, which not only boosts productivity but also ensures the wellbeing and safety of workers.
Our company
CSi stimulates initiatives that support education and development of people, especially if they have some kind of disadvantage. We create healthy, safe and positive working environments in Romania, Mexico and the Netherlands with market conform wages which exceed living wages. Training and development of our people are prioritized, everywhere in the world.
In addition, CSi values safety, inclusivity, and human rights. This is reflected in our Code of Conduct, which prioritizes these values not only for our own employees but also for the employees of our customers. CSi pursues to become a technical organization in which a substantial part of the functions are executed by women and people that belong to minority groups.
The responsibility for ethical and professional behavior is a shared effort among CSi’s management, our employees, our suppliers and our customers. The integrity guidelines for this ethical and professional behavior are laid down in our Code of Conduct, our Supplier Code of Conduct, our internal Purchase Charter and our Whistleblower reporting regulation.
