Let’s meet this fall
11 agosto 2025Work anniversaries: Pim Kaarsgaren 40 years, and Anthony Schellekens 25 years at CSi.
Pim’s 40th anniversary. In 1985, Pim started in the Assembly department. Later on he moved to the Quality department, and then to the Machines department. In 2005, he took on the role of Project Engineer Machines, which was later renamed to System Integrator.
His manager describes Pim as follows: “With a background as a mechanic, Pim has extensive experience and knowledge of the machines, which enables him to assist mechanics in solving problems and contributing ideas about the best course of action. He has the ability to devise technical solutions and to participate in their implementation. He shows great commitment to his work and always thinks in terms of possibilities and never in terms of limitations.
Anthony’s 25th anniversary. Anthony started at CSi through an internship in Electrical Engineering. In 2000, he completed his studies and started full-time at the Assembly and Building department. In 2007, he moved to the position of Hardware engineer, which is still his current function.
“Anthony is known for his structured approach,” his manager says. “No System Integrator Engineer can escape his feedback, as he examines the information so thoroughly that he usually finds something. He meets agreed-upon deadlines and goals, even if it’s sometimes beyond his reach. If the needed information isn’t available, he’ll still do everything he can to achieve the goals. This is a credit to him and makes him a hard worker.”
As an employer, but also as a group of people who spend a lot of time together, we are very proud to be able to celebrate anniversaries such as these. There’s really nothing that says ‘I like my job’ than working somewhere for 25 years, let alone 40 years. A huge congratulations to Pim and Anthony on their anniversaries! We are very proud to have you in our midst and look forward to the years to come.
