CSi at Weetabix UK

We are proud to reveal that we have installed a new palletiser system at Weetabix in the UK. This site produces ready-to-eat cereals and is home to Weetabix, the UK’s number one selling cereal brand. CSi was privileged to install this additional palletiser at the end of their automated high-speed production line.

The supplied system consists of:
– Case conveying, including a low-level connection with the existing case packer, a spiral and high-level case transport
– Single infeed, high-level layer palletiser, namely the C5000 with Allen Bradley PLC controls
– Pallet conveying, handling of empty and full pallets
– Integrated pallet wrapper and labelling with a link to ERP system
The system came with a standard 3-year warranty for CSi equipment.
