CSi palletising at Mondelez Lithuania

CSi palletising installed a complex palletising system for Mondelez Lithuania. The system contains line connections on four floor levels, 500 meters of central conveyors and is fitted to palletise 10 different cases (SKU’s) simultaneously. Five LINEx robot cells, which work fully automated, process 120 cases per minute and 45 pallets per hour. The installation has integrated stretch wrapping and pallet labelling and is centrally localised within the facility. The whole palletising system is operated by one person which boosts the return on investment for this project considerably.
