LineX by CSi palletising

Our valued customer Fritolay (PepsiCo) cooperated to film CSi’s LineX systems at work at its Grodzisk Mazowiecki plant in Poland.

The entire factory output is palletized by a large robotic palletizing system. After case packing, all products are taken over, scanned and quality checked and sent to the assigned pick point at one of the robot palletizers. After the palletizing process, each pallet is tracked through the CSi pallet ID software and sent to the stretch wrapper before entering the warehouse.
