Six decades of service, products and software

Since we started in 1964 in Rotterdam with the brake roller system, we’ve come a long way. In the last six decades, the market has shifted and changed, welcoming more palletising companies to the branche. With the rapidly expanding technological advances, CSi has early on made the decision to pivot from being “only” a palletiser supplier.

Our service department is an essential part of the company, delivering diverse services to our customers throughout the life cycle of the equipment. Hence, the department is called Lifecycle Services. The department encompasses services such as spare parts, maintenance, modifications, training, consultancy, remote service, vertical start up and 24/7 support. And we are very proud of our most recent addition of the Performance Level Agreements (PLAs), which we launched just this spring.
 
Of course, we haven’t stopped developing our product, and we’ll keep improving and innovating. Our current portfolio consists of the i-Pal and LINEˣ robot palletisers, the Taros and C5000 layer palletisers and various case and pallet transport modules. But going with the time also means taking the leap with new machines such as cobots or saying goodbye to models that don’t stand the test of time, like the C2000, i.Veyor and Intelliware software.
 
Talking technology is also talking software. To run and compliment our specialised systems we wanted to use specialised software, so we built it ourselves. The MOre SCADA & Systems Intelligence i4.0 Software Suite is carefully programmed and designed for optimal usefulness and user experience. It fully integrates with our palletising systems to provide a tailormade solution, and by choosing specific functional building blocks the MOre software offers exactly what the customer wants.
 
So, since starting in 1964 we’ve developed, invented, departed with and welcomed a lot of products, services and software to CSi. But today's portfolio is just a halfway station, and we’re steaming ahead to the factory of the future.
