Adam Ward: The first months

The past few months have been full of connection, insight, and momentum for Adam Ward (new managing director).
From engaging directly with customers around the world to immersing himself in CSi’s daily operations, Adam has embraced the opportunity to better understand the business and its people. This hands-on approach has strengthened relationships and shaped a clear, forward-looking vision.

Customer feedback has been especially encouraging. Many have welcomed the added value, clarity, and consistency brought by CSi’s integration into the Mpac Group, a clear sign of growing confidence in our direction.
What’s stood out most is the dedication of the CSi team. Despite change, the unity has remained strong, and we’ve also recruited many new colleagues, bringing fresh energy, ideas, and momentum to support the journey ahead.
A standout milestone: the expansion of CSi Romania, now producing sub-assemblies for Mpac Lambert and Mpac Langen brands. It’s a major step forward in extending services across the Mpac Group.
Adam remains energised by what lies ahead. With strong foundations, a clear purpose, and an engaged, growing team — the future looks bright.
