Project of the Year 2024

We had the honour of presenting the Project of the Year Award to Walkers Crips UK (Coventry) for the outstanding achievements made in 2024 under the Performance Level Agreement (PLA). Our group CEO Adam Holland personally delivered the award to the Coventry Site team. 

Together with our local partner //BPE, we worked diligently to meet, and even exceed, the agreed KPIs, significantly reducing unplanned downtime. The system, now nearly 18 years old, was restored to OEM standards in 2023, forming the foundation for the PLA contract. This was followed by retraining, FMECA-based interventions, and proactive parts replacement, ensuring long-term system reliability.

The results speak for themselves: by the end of 2024, the system’s technical availability exceeded 99.4%.
