CSi can provide the customer with smart glasses of the Realwear HMT-1 type. This kit has been selected including accessories that ensure optimal use.
The Realwear HMT-1 is an AR smart glass specifically designed for people who must be able to keep their hands free while in contact with the CSi support desk. The headset works with a voice recognition system which can be used for remote support on any location. The headset has been created to withstand frigid zones as well as the hottest environments.
Before shipment the software will be installed and configured so that the glasses are pre-boot and connected to the Remote Eye software (Ready to run).
Remote Eye expert will assist the engineer who is wearing the smart glasses. Connection to this cloud-based service is only possible with a working internet connection. The connectivity possibilities are via WiFi, cellular LTE (SIM card not included) or via, for example, WiFi hotspot on a mobile phone. Local WiFi must be arranged and set up by the customer on site. The kit comes with a manual which explains how to connect including best practices.
The software connects to a server from where the external expert can assist him/her during a support call. A one year license for one user and one expert is included in the initial installation cost. The renewal of the service is based on an annual fee, which is included in the respective annual fee option.
